MEET ONE OF OUR ASSISTANT ADOPTION COORDINATORS

Kelley Jones grew up in Melrose, FL, and now calls Chattanooga, TN, home. With five years of fostering experience under her belt, she officially joined Your Local Fur Mama in January 2025 as the Assistant Adoption Coordinator, helping match rescued kittens and puppies with their perfect forever homes.

At home, Kelley is a dedicated dog mom to her three beloved pups: Boomer, a wise 12-year-old black Lab/Pit mix; Burt Reynolds, a charming 3-year-old Aussie/Pit mix; and Busy, a spunky 2-year-old Beagle/Basset mix.

When she's not busy with rescue work, Kelley enjoys filling her free time with her favorite hobbies—though finding a rich, preferably elderly husband for an Anna Nicole Smith-style situation is high on the list. Until then, she’s living her best life, surrounded by her rescue pups and doing what she loves.
