MEET ONE OF OUR ADMIN ASSISTANTS

Breaunna Abrams grew up in Battle Creek, MI, but now calls Tunnel Hill, GA, home. A devoted mom and animal lover, she’s been part of Your Local Fur Mama for about two and a half months—though she’s still figuring out exactly what her title is! Regardless of the label, her passion for rescue and helping animals in need shines through.

When she’s not wrangling rescue animals, Breaunna is a full-time stay-at-home mom, spending her days caring for her little one, Parker, and preparing for the arrival of Baby #2. She loves all things outdoors, including camping, hiking, and boating—anything that keeps her active and connected to nature.

At home, Breaunna and her husband, Jacob, share their lives with two beloved dogs: Della, an Australian Shepherd/Black Lab mix, and Remington, a German Shorthair Pointer.

Whether she’s out on an adventure with her family or helping save lives through YLFM, Breaunna brings warmth, dedication, and a whole lot of love to everything she does.
