MEET OUR FOSTER COORDINATOR

Andi Phillips grew up in Poughkeepsie, NY, and has always had a soft spot for animals. That compassion eventually led her to join Your Local Fur Mama, where she's been the Foster Coordinator for the past nine months—helping ensure that kittens and puppies receive the care and support they need in loving foster homes.

By day, Andi works as an Actuarial Senior Advisor at Cigna, balancing a demanding career with her passion for animal rescue. She currently resides in Ooltewah, TN, with her husband Jason and their trio of adorable fur kids: Lila, a brown tabby DSH; Goose, a mischievous orange tabby DSH; and Benny, the sweetest golden retriever around.

When she's not busy with work, rescue, or wrangling her furry crew, Andi enjoys indulging in some well-deserved naps, shopping therapy, and the occasional quiet moment—when life allows it.
